Effective for purchases made on or after 8 October 2026.
These Terms govern use of aliceblue-antelope-472719.hostingersite.com and purchases of SEO coaching, training materials, and related services from Business Launchers Inc, a Delaware corporation (“aliceblue-antelope-472719.hostingersite.com,” “we,” or “us”). Please read them before using the website or making a purchase.
Browsing the website is subject to the website provisions of these Terms. A paid purchase is governed by the version of these Terms and the Refund and Cancellation Policy presented when you purchase, together with your checkout summary, accepted proposal, or signed service agreement (your “Order”). We will not apply later changes retroactively to an existing purchase.
Your Order states the specific sessions, materials, custom work, support, schedule, and price you are purchasing. We provide only the services identified in the Order. Coaching and training teach and advise you; they do not include implementing changes to your website, creating content, or managing an SEO campaign unless the Order expressly includes that work.
If an Order expressly conflicts with these Terms on scope, price, or schedule, the Order controls that issue. A different legal or refund term applies only if the Order clearly identifies the term it replaces and applicable law permits the change.
You are responsible for providing accurate information and timely access needed for the agreed work, making business and website decisions, approving any proposed changes, maintaining backups of your website and data, and implementing recommendations unless implementation is expressly included in your Order.
You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of materials and instructions you provide and for having the rights needed for us to use them to provide the services. Delays in your information, access, decisions, or implementation may change the schedule. They do not undo fees already earned for work performed or materials delivered. Additional work requires a separate agreement.
If you use an account, you are responsible for keeping its credentials secure and notifying us promptly through our contact form of unauthorized use.
We will provide the services and materials described in your Order with reasonable care. We do not guarantee a particular search ranking, indexing decision, traffic level, lead volume, sale, revenue amount, return on investment, or placement in an AI-generated answer.
Search engines and other platforms make their own decisions and may change their systems. Outcomes also depend on your implementation, your website, competitors, market conditions, and other factors outside our control. Examples, case studies, and past client results do not promise that you will achieve the same outcome.
Your Order states the total price, payment schedule, and allocation of the price among the included components. You agree to pay the disclosed charges and applicable taxes. We will not add a fee for work or an expense that you did not agree to.
Unless an Order expressly states otherwise, a purchase does not automatically renew. If we offer an automatically renewing service, we will separately disclose its price, billing frequency, renewal and cancellation terms before enrollment and obtain the consent required by law. Cancelling a renewal stops future renewal charges; refunds for the current period are governed by the Refund and Cancellation Policy and applicable law.
We may pause future work after giving reasonable notice of an overdue payment. Pausing work does not erase charges for work already performed.
The Refund and Cancellation Policy is part of these Terms. It explains session rescheduling, when fees are earned, cancellations, refunds, and what happens if we cannot deliver an agreed service. If that page has not yet been published, the policy supplied with your Order applies.
Neither party may treat a lack of desired SEO results alone as proof that properly described and delivered services were not provided.
We and our licensors retain ownership of our website, courses, templates, checklists, methods, and other materials, including versions tailored for your engagement. Once you have paid the applicable fee, we grant you a non-exclusive license to use delivered materials and recommendations for your own business or personal SEO work. You may share them with your employees and contractors who need them for that purpose. You may not resell, publish, sublicense, or distribute them as a training product without our written permission.
You retain ownership of content, trademarks, data, and other materials you provide. You give us a limited license to use them solely to provide the agreed services. We will not publish your name, logo, results, or materials as a testimonial or case study without your permission.
Each party will use the other party’s non-public business information only for the engagement and will protect it with reasonable care. This obligation does not cover information that is public through no breach, already lawfully known, independently developed, or lawfully obtained from another source. Disclosure required by law is permitted, with notice where legally allowed.
Our handling of personal information is described in our posted Privacy Policy.
You may not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, or submit unlawful material. Third-party websites, search engines, analytics tools, hosting providers, and other platforms are controlled by their respective operators. We are not responsible for their decisions, outages, policy changes, or content.
We aim to keep the website available but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free access. This website availability statement does not reduce our specific obligations under a paid Order.
You may end future services under the Refund and Cancellation Policy. We may end or pause an engagement for material nonpayment, unlawful or abusive conduct, or a material breach of these Terms, after notice and a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue where practicable.
If we end an engagement for our convenience, we will refund the prepaid amount for services not performed or materials not delivered. Ending an engagement does not cancel payment due for completed work or affect provisions that reasonably need to continue, including payment, intellectual property, confidentiality, liability limits, and dispute terms.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Business Launchers Inc will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, revenue, business opportunities, or data, arising from the website or services.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, our total combined monetary liability arising from or relating to an Order will not exceed the total amount the client actually paid Business Launchers Inc under that Order. This is one aggregate limit for all claims concerning that Order, regardless of the number of claims or legal theories. Refunds, credits, settlements, damages, and other monetary amounts we provide in connection with that Order count toward this limit; they do not each create a separate limit.
For a claim arising solely from free website use, where no amount was paid to us, we will have no monetary liability to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
These limits do not apply where the law prohibits a limit, including any non-waivable consumer remedy. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for our fraud, intentional misconduct, or gross negligence where such a limit would be unenforceable. These limits do not reduce your obligation to pay agreed fees.
We may update these Terms for future website use and future purchases by posting a new effective date. The terms accepted for an existing paid Order continue to govern that Order unless both parties agree to a change or applicable law requires one. If a change materially affects an ongoing website account or service, we will give reasonable notice.
Please use our contact form first so we can try to resolve a concern. These Terms are governed by Delaware law, excluding its conflict-of-law rules. Subject to any mandatory rights you have under applicable consumer law, disputes will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and both parties consent to those courts’ jurisdiction.
Nothing in this section takes away a non-waivable right to bring a claim in another location or under another law.
If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply. A failure to enforce a provision once does not waive the right to enforce it later. These Terms, the Refund and Cancellation Policy, and your Order form the agreement for your purchase, except for a separate signed agreement that expressly replaces them.
Questions or notices may be submitted through our contact form.
